Some cabins are built for the view, and this one certainly feels that way. Tucked away in the gated Shagbark community of Pigeon Forge, this 1,842-square-foot mountain retreat offers the privacy, views, space, and amenities that make the Smoky Mountain rental market so appealing. From the moment you step inside, the mountains are hard to miss. Long-range views stretch out beyond the windows, creating a backdrop that changes with the weather and seasons. The main level opens onto a huge deck designed to take full advantage of the setting, with a hot tub overlooking the mountains and plenty of room for guests to gather, relax, and enjoy the view after a day in Pigeon Forge or the Great Smoky Mountains. The cabin offers three bedrooms in its current layout, including a beautiful second-floor primary suite added by a previous owner. With floor-to-ceiling windows, the suite brings the mountain scenery right into the bedroom and includes a private en-suite bathroom with a spacious doorless walk-in shower. Additional bathrooms include one with a whirlpool tub and another with a walk-in shower, giving guests plenty of options and comfort. For a future rental owner, the real story here is the potential. The previous owners did very little renting and managed the property themselves, so there isn't an extensive rental history to present--but that also means you're not buying a property based on someone else's peak performance. You're getting an opportunity to take a cabin with an incredible setting and create the rental experience, marketing plan, and income potential that fits today's Smoky Mountain vacation market. There is also plenty of parking, making it easy for larger groups and weekend guests to enjoy the property without the parking challenges found at some mountain cabins. And when guests aren't relaxing at the cabin, Shagbark offers an impressive collection of amenities, including gated security, a community pool, tennis and pickleball courts, frisbee golf, a playground, and more. Whether you're looking for your first Smoky Mountain investment, adding another property to your portfolio, or simply want a private mountain getaway that can help offset the cost of ownership, this cabin gives you a lot to work with. The views are already here. The privacy is already here. The space and amenities are already here. Now it's up to the next owner to turn this mountain retreat into the rental it has the potential to be. *Property is being marketed as a two-bedroom cabin with an additional sleeping room due to the septic approval being for two bedrooms. Buyer to verify all information, including rental use, septic approval, and applicable county and community requirements. Drone Photos used in the listing*
